Our customers
The webshop is exclusively aimed at business customers, private or public companies and institutions.
Prices, VAT and invoicing
All prices are shown in Danish kroner excl. VAT. VAT and delivery costs are charged at the end of the transaction.
Delivery costs are a fixed amount for customers in Denmark. For customers outside Denmark, additional costs apply.
Payment is made by invoice, which is sent to the customer via email when the order has been shipped from MSCi.
If you as a customer of MSCi have a service contract that gives rise to a discount on selected consumables, this must be stated in the order. The discount wil then automatically be deducted.
Delivery
Shipments are generally delivered by courier (TNT or similar) where it is possible to track the shipment. The customer must acknowledge receipt.
Any transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Not all items are in stock by default. The delivery time may therefore vary. As a rule, we ship all items in the same order together in one shipment. If partial deliveries are desired, this is possible. Where applicable, shipping costs will be charged for each partial delivery.
Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original and unbroken packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The refund is credited less 25% (min ? kr??) The customer pays return shipping.
